Description

When completing this application, please provide the following information:

  • Description of your tennis playing and/or coaching experience while in High School (i.e. age groups you have worked with as an instructor or tutor, level you played at, etc.)
  • Location you would like to coach
  • Availability to coach (during the week and on weekends)

 

  • Minimum of 2 Professional References (no family members). Please include First/Last Name, Phone Number, and Email.

Restrictions

Participants must be 14 years to 18 years old when the program starts.
